We are a leading manpower supply and engineering support company in the UAE, providing highly skilled professionals to major construction and infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman for high-rise building projects.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Draftsman with strong experience in high-rise building projects to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have solid UAE project exposure and the ability to prepare accurate structural drawings in coordination with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural drawings and shop drawings as per project requirements
• Develop reinforcement detailing for concrete structures
• Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines
• Modify and update drawings based on design revisions
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and UAE standards
• Maintain drawing records and documentation systematically

Requirements:

• Total experience: 5* years and above* as Structural Draftsman
• UAE experience is mandatory
• High-rise building experience is mandatory
• Must have worked on projects of 40 floors and above
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural drafting software
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures and detailing
• Good coordination and communication skills
