With in-house engineering, design coordination, structural, civil and MEP teams, Go Tech provides a vertically integrated approach from concept and design through procurement, site execution, commissioning and handover.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural shop drawings, including plans, sections, and reinforcement details (Slabs, Beams, Columns, Foundations, and Shear Walls).
• Develop 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit based on engineering designs.
• Coordinate structural drawings with other disciplines (Architectural and MEP) to identify and resolve clashes.
• Update and manage drawing logs and ensure that all revisions are accurately recorded.
• Generate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and material take-offs from drawings/models

Mandatory Requirements:

• Technical Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• AutoCAD Proficiency: Expert-level skill in 2D AutoCAD for producing precise structural details.
• Revit Competency: Foundational to intermediate knowledge of Autodesk Revit Structure (Modeling, Tagging, and Documentation).
• Structural Software Awareness: Basic familiarity with structural analysis software workflows (e.g., ETABS, PROKON, SAFE) to understand how to translate analytical models into drafting layouts.
• Detailing Knowledge: Strong understanding of reinforced concrete detailing and structural steel connections.
• Standards: Familiarity with UAE construction standards and municipality requirements.
