STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (Full-time)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural focus preferred).
• Understanding of structural analysis (wind load, additional load, strengthening needs).
• Skilled in structural analysis software (SAP2000, MIDAS, RSAP, or similar) and AutoCAD.
• Comfortable performing site surveys, including working at height with proper safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication, and able to produce clear technical documentation.
• Familiarity with solar PV design tools (Arka360 / Helioscope / PVSyst) is a plus.

Job Description:

• Conduct structural surveys of rooftops and building areas, including high-access zones.
• Perform structural analysis to assess load capacity for solar PV systems.
• Recommend structural reinforcement options when required.
• Prepare technical drawings and structural details using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with survey teams, engineering teams, mounting vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare accurate survey reports and structural analysis for design decision-making.
• Support preliminary PV layout development as an additional skill.
