Structural Engineer

Adron Homes & Properties Limited is seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and experienced Structural Engineer to join its technical team and support the design, analysis, construction, and delivery of safe, durable, and cost-effective residential and property development projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for structural analysis and design, preparation and review of structural drawings, site inspections, construction monitoring, and ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out structural analysis and design for residential and other building projects.
• Prepare, review, and interpret structural drawings, designs, calculations, and specifications.
• Design structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, retaining structures, and other relevant components.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, quantity surveyors, and construction teams.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor structural works and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve structural issues arising during construction.
• Review construction methods, materials, and structural work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Verify structural dimensions, reinforcement details, levels, and other critical site requirements.
• Identify potential structural risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
