In this role, you will:

Structural Engineering

  • Assist in preparing fee proposals, tender submissions, and client reports.

Project Delivery

  • Manage the delivery of small to medium-sized projects, including project planning, technical documentation, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout all project stages.
  • Review engineering documentation and provide technical guidance to junior engineers where required.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards, quality management systems, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Membership with Engineers Australia; CPEng and/or NER accreditation is highly regarded.
  • 4+ years of experience in structural engineering within a consulting environment.
  • Experience in timber design is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in ETABS, SPACE GASS, RAM Structural System, and RAPT.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Site experience on at least one building project is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
