Structural Engineer

Kadecons is an established architecture and construction company based in Bali with 19 years of experience. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our construction project team. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations within the construction industry and is ready to work in a dynamic project environment.

what you’ll do :

• Perform structural analysis and design for residential, villa, and commercial projects
• Develop structural concepts, calculations, and detailed engineering designs
• Design and assess reinforced concrete and steel structures
• Prepare structural drawings, details, and technical documentation
• Review structural drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with design requirements
• Coordinate structural design with Architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines
• Coordinate with the Project/Site Team during construction to ensure structural works are implemented according to the approved design

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design for concrete and steel structures
• Proficient in ETABS and/or SAP2000
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good understanding of Indonesian Structural Standards (SNI)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
