Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design and analysis for MiC and prefabricated projects, ensuring safety and feasibility
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to provide technical support
• Prepare structural calculations, review construction drawings, and technical documentation
• Supervise construction processes quality to ensure adherence to design requirements and local regulations
• Provide solutions to technical challenges encountered during project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; professional qualification recognized by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers preferred
• Proven experience in MiC and prefabrication design or construction, with knowledge of relevant standards and codes
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro)
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong building regulations and approval procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
