We're seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to support the design, analysis, inspection, and improvement of critical mining and aggregate plant infrastructure, including conveyor systems, crushing plants, hoppers, bins, foundations, and structural steel systems.

What You'll Do

• Design and analyze steel and concrete structures for industrial facilities
• Conduct field inspections and structural assessments
• Lead engineering projects from concept through construction
• Develop drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports
• Ensure compliance with AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC, and safety standards
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, contractors, and project teams
• Investigate structural issues and develop practical engineering solutions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Mining, or related field)
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Experience with industrial plants, mining, aggregates, heavy civil, or manufacturing facilities
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and structural analysis software
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
