We’re partnered with a highly respected structural engineering firm with a strong presence in the Virginia Beach market. With a diverse portfolio of building projects and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to add an EIT-level Structural Engineer to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking to continue developing technically, gain greater project exposure, and progress toward their PE license.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting structural design across a variety of building projects
• Performing analysis and design for steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures
• Preparing and reviewing drawings and models using Revit
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal project teams
• Participating in site visits and construction administration
• Working alongside senior engineers while taking on increasing project responsibility

What we're looking for:

• 2–6 years of structural engineering experience
• EIT certification required
• PE license welcomed, but not required
• Candidates should be actively progressing toward PE licensure
• Strong building design experience
• Proficiency in Revit preferred
• Experience with structural analysis software
• Strong communication and coordination skills
