Structural Engineer

We are looking for a licensed Structural Engineer (PE) to join our team. This role focuses on producing structural drawings and Calculations.

We are especially interested in engineers who are licensed in multiple states or are motivated to expand their licensure footprint. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with designers, wants to work closely with a drafting team, and is ready to play a key role in ensuring our projects meet code and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to ensure structural solutions fit the design intent and meet code requirements.
• Produce Structural Drawings and Calculations
• Provide input during the design and permitting process, including resolving technical questions.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Structural (or Civil with a structural emphasis).
• Licensure in multiple states or willingness to expand licensure over time.
• Experience with residential and light commercial projects, including wood framing, steel, and concrete.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and structural design principles.
• Clear communication skills and ability to teach or guide a team.

Pay: $73,219.17 - $88,177.92 per year
