  We’re seeking a Structural Engineer who’s passionate about designing safe, sustainable infrastructure and making a lasting impact through innovative bridge projects to join our Nashville office.

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering (courses like Prestressed Concrete, Structural Steel, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
