Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced  Structural Engineer with 4–6 years of relevant experience  to support the structural design, analysis, detailing, and execution of our architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in structural systems, the ability to coordinate with architects and MEP consultants, and experience ensuring structural safety, stability, and compliance with applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review structural designs for hospitality, banquet, residential, and commercial projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design for RCC, steel, and other relevant structural systems.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, reinforcement details, design calculations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure structural designs align with architectural requirements and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor structural work and resolve technical issues.
• Review construction drawings and identify potential clashes or design discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, structural standards, and safety regulations.
• Review structural materials, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Support project planning, technical coordination, and timely delivery of design documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in structural design, analysis, and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structures, foundation systems, and structural detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and coordinate structural requirements.
• Knowledge of applicable Indian Standards (IS codes) and building regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, banquet halls, hotels, luxury residential, or commercial projects.
• Familiarity with complex spans, large gathering spaces, and specialised structural requirements for hospitality venues.
• Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality control.
• Ability to collaborate closely with design teams to achieve both structural efficiency and architectural intent.
