We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and reviewing structural designs for a variety of building types and infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure that all structures meet rigorous safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. What you’ll work on

• Structural design of wood-framed buildings, including multi-story residential over steel or concrete podiums and parking levels
• Concrete foundations, slabs-on-grade, footings, grade beams, and retaining walls
• Steel framing, moment frames, composite decks, and special steel-to-wood connections
• Deep foundations such as helical piles, in coordination with geotechnical engineers and contractors
• Gravity and lateral load calculations (wind and seismic)
• Reviewing shop drawings for reinforcing steel, structural steel, and engineered lumber
• Site visits to inspect construction and existing conditions, and preparing structural letters and reports
• Coordinating with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and our drafting team

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in structural design of buildings
• Knowledge of ETABS or SAP2000
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of the IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC, and NDS
• EIT certification is a strong plus; PE license is a plus
• Clear communication skills and comfort on job sites

Pay: $72,800.00 - $93,600.00 per year
