Compensation: Php 45,000 (flexible based on experience and project scope; finalized during interview)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Structural Design Engineer to serve as the lead structural design specialist for the Project / Building Owner.

In this role, you will cater the owner’s technical and commercial interests throughout the design lifecycle. You will work closely with the owner to develop practical structural schemes, review drawings, identify cost-saving value-engineering opportunities, and ensure smooth collaboration with architect.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• US & Florida Experience: Demonstrated experience working on building design projects in Florida or other US jurisdictions. Familiarity with Florida Building Code is strongly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with US-based architects, contractors, and engineering teams.
• Sector Background: Proven track record across residential, commercial, or light-industrial building types.
• Software Tools: Working proficiency in structural analysis and drafting software, such as:
• Modeling & Analysis: ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, RISA-3D, or similar.
• Drafting & Coordination: AutoCAD, Revit Structure.
• Communication: Professional-level fluency in written and spoken English, capable of presenting complex structural solutions clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
