Structural Engineer

FEH Design is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented, licensed Structural Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help develop innovative structural solutions while collaborating with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary design teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with current structural analysis and design software.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Project Managers, firm leadership, and team members across all disciplines.

· Develop innovative and efficient structural design solutions

· Interact regularly with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.

· Prepare accurate technical documents, specifications, and construction documents.

· Participate in construction observation and project administration activities.

· Assist with project planning, budgeting, and cost estimation.

· Mentor and support emerging professionals throughout their engineering careers.

· Stay current with industry standards, codes, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.

· Minimum of seven (7) years of professional structural engineering experience.

· Professional Structural Engineering (SE) License.

· Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and the RISA software suite.

· Strong understanding of structural analysis, design, and detailing.

· Experience in all phases of project design, construction administration, and construction observation.

· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project experience.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
