Structural Engineer – High-Rise Construction

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer with strong experience in high-rise reinforced concrete building construction to support structural execution, technical coordination, and site engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate structural works including foundations, raft, columns, beams, slabs, and core/shear walls.
• Review reinforcement details, BBS, concrete works, and structural interfaces.
• Prepare and follow up RFIs, technical submissions, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, MEP, and site teams.
• Resolve structural design and execution issues.
• Monitor structural progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.
• Support concrete inspections, pours, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate structural as-built and close-out requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• High-rise building experience is mandatory.
• Main contractor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, formwork, slabs, columns, beams, core/shear walls, and BBS.
• Good understanding of shop drawings, RFIs, and consultant coordination.
• AutoCAD required; Revit/BIM or structural software knowledge is an advantage.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Important: Candidates with only villas, infrastructure, fit-out, or non-building experience will not be considered.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
