NSE/BSE listed leading real estate and hospitality group is looking for a Structural Design Engineer to support the design and execution of large-scale hotel projects.

Structural Design Engineer Hotel Projects

Location: Yashwanthpur, Bangalore – Corporate Office
Projects: Premium / Luxury Hotel Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate structural designs, drawings and calculations for hotel projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams and project/site teams.
• Review structural drawings for design adequacy, constructability and coordination with architectural and MEP requirements.
• Review RCC/steel structural designs, specifications and consultant submissions.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution and provide technical inputs to site teams.
• Ensure structural designs comply with relevant Indian codes, standards and project specifications.
• Support value engineering and design optimization.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering; M.Tech/ME in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Experience: 5–10 years in structural design/design coordination.
• Experience in hotels, high-rise buildings, large commercial or premium real estate projects preferred.
• Good understanding of RCC and structural steel design.
• Working knowledge of structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE and AutoCAD.
