About ERA Structural Engineering
At ERA Structural Engineering, we believe great engineering creates value beyond the structure itself. Every decision starts with a simple question:
What solution creates the greatest value for the client and the entire project team?
We call that Think Beyond The Beam
Thinking Beyond the Beam means looking beyond the immediate task to understand what matters most. By understanding project goals and delivering practical, buildable solutions, we create value that helps projects succeed, build trust and strengthens lasting relationships.
That approach depends on people who take ownership. At ERA Structural Engineering, ownership means looking beyond your individual responsibilities to understand how your work contributes to the success of the project, your teammates, and our clients. Here, every team member is encouraged to think like an owner, take initiative, and make decisions that create value.
If you're looking for a rewarding internship where you can gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced engineers, and see how your coursework applies to real-world projects, ERA offers an opportunity to build meaningful experience in structural engineering. Our Structural Engineering Internship Program is designed for students who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
