About The Vacancy Structural Engineer (Mr. / Mrs.) Location: The office will be located in Bucharest with good connections to the metro. Responsibilities:

• Calculates complex structures such as High Bay Warehouses (HBW), high-load automated racking systems, multi-level platforms (mezzanines), halls, shopping malls and other steel structures;
• Designs technical solutions for steel structures in accordance with the requirements and limitations imposed by the customer through the project documentation;
• Develops the documentation related to the project in order to make the execution drawings;
• Monitors the fulfillment of the deadlines of the projects it coordinates according to the contractual clauses;
• Maintains contact with the design office in order to solve any problems arising in the execution of projects;
• Provides expert expertise and consultancy;
• Works together with other departments to carry out complex projects;

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of the European regulatory frameworks in the field (Eurocode, in particular EC1, EC3 and EC8); possible knowledge of other international rules e.g. Aus USA is an advantage;
• Experience of at least three years in the calculation of metallic structures;
• Experience in working with common structural computing programs (preferably DLUBAL);
• Advanced English language; German is an advantage;
• Bachelor's technical studies graduated from UTC, Faculty of Civil Engineering; Additional Master's degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage;
• Experience in designing metal constructions, especially industrial racks, is an advantage;
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
