Key Responsibilities

• Independently undertake structural analysis and design for building projects.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, detailing, schedules and design calculations.
• Coordinate structural requirements with Architectural and MEP teams.
• Identify design coordination and constructability issues.
• Provide technical support during construction and execution.
• Review construction work against approved structural drawings and specifications.
• Participate in design and construction coordination meetings.
• Support site inspections and resolve structural/technical issues.
• Prepare/review technical documentation including specifications, BOQs, estimates, reports and technical submissions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in building projects.
• Strong experience in structural analysis, design, detailing and structural drawings.
• Ability to independently undertake structural design.
• Proven construction/execution and site-support experience.
• Good knowledge of applicable building codes, standards and construction practices.

Required Software Skills

AutoCAD | STAAD.Pro / ETABS / SAP2000 | SAFE | MS Office
