Structural Engineer - Technical Coordinator

The role will primarily focus on supporting the Director, interpreting incoming client requirements and turning them into clear, concise briefs for the team leads so they can stay focused on delivery. He/she should be proactive and dependable on who can become the Director's right-hand person, exercise sound judgement and keep work moving across the teams.

Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - 65,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri |8:00AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing client emails, reports and drawings, summarizing requirements and identifying missing information.
• Preparing job briefs, coordinating priorities and following up with the Seniors in the team.
• Managing document control, drawing revisions, submissions and correspondence.
• Tracking incoming jobs, progress, deadlines and upcoming work, with regular concise updates to the Director.
• Assisting the Director with information gathering, reporting, correspondence and day-to-day follow-ups.
• Preparing occasional CAD drawings for laser cutting and assisting with basic engineering tasks.
• Act as second-in-command and coordinate projects with the Seniors in the Team.
• Provide executive support and technical coordination.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Space Gass or Ideastatica.
• Knowledge in Tekla is preferable.
• Strong problem-solving skills can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional English reading comprehension and written communication are essential.
• Understand detailed technical information and communicate the key points clearly and accurately.
