Structural Engineering Draughtsman/Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed structural drawings for reinforced concrete structures.
• Prepare structural layout drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Complete reinforcing detailing and reinforcement drawings.
• Produce detailed steel structure drawings and detailing.
• Interpret engineering designs, structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop accurate and detailed drawings suitable for construction.

The successful candidate will be an all-round structural draughting professional with AT LEAST 5 years experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures.

Experience in two or more of the following project sectors will be advantageous:

• Residential developments
• Commercial buildings
• Industrial facilities
• Educational facilities
• Healthcare facilities
• Warehouses and manufacturing plants

Proficiency in the following software is required:

• CADDIE and/or
• AutoCAD

Pay: R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Structural draughting: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• Afrikaans (Required)
