Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering assessments, building inspections, and condition evaluations.
• Review structural drawings, technical reports, calculations, and inspection findings to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Identify structural defects, safety risks, and potential building integrity issues, recommending appropriate corrective measures.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee inspection schedules, site assessments, quality assurance, and engineering documentation.
• Provide technical guidance, prepare assessment reports, and support repair, rehabilitation, and structural improvement works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in structural engineering, building inspection, structural assessment, or engineering consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, construction methods, building codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, assess structural conditions, and develop practical technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Professional engineering registration and relevant inspection certifications are an advantage.
