Job Description Our client is a leading Project Management Consultancy operating across Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, with an impressive portfolio of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects. Its experienced team provides Project Management throughout both design and construction phases, as well as expert technical supervision, combining regional and international expertise to protect project value and deliver complex developments to the highest standards. Structural Engineering Manager Responsibilities: ✔ Act as a senior structural engineering expert within the Consultant’s Expert Supervision and Project Management teams ✔ Review structural designs, drawings, calculations, specifications and technical documentation for compliance, constructability and coordination ✔ Monitor structural works on site for compliance with approved designs, standards, specifications and quality requirements ✔ Review Contractor’s structural submittals, shop drawings, method statements, materials and technical documentation ✔ Conduct site inspections, identify deviations and non-conformities, and monitor corrective actions ✔ Coordinate structural matters with designers, Contractors, Client and other disciplines ✔ Provide technical assessments, reports, comments and recommendations to the Client and Project team. ✔ Support the review of design changes, Variation Orders and Value Engineering proposals from a structural perspective ✔ Monitor, report on key structural risks

OFFER

Requirements: → Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in structural engineering and construction, preferably on complex residential or mixed-use projects → Strong practical experience in structural works and construction, with the ability to review and assess design documentation → Valid Serbian Responsible Contractor licence – 410 or 411 → BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering, preferably Structural Engineering → Strong knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, materials, standards and site execution → Experience in technical supervision, design review or consultancy is an advantage → Fluent English and strong technical reporting and communication skills → Strong analytical and problem-solving skills → Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, relevant structural/design software What We Offer: ⭐ Work on major, high-profile and technically demanding projects ⭐ Highly competitive employment package and working conditions ⭐ Support from an experienced multidisciplinary team
