Structural Engineering Manager - Villa & Resort Projects, Bali

About the company

We are an established property developer in Bali building boutique resorts and private villas. Architecture, structure and MEP are all designed in-house, so our drawings must agree with each other before they reach site.

The role

You will lead the Structure division and own every structural drawing that leaves the office. This is a working manager role: you design, you check, and you are accountable for the set. Drawings must be right before they go to site, not corrected after.

Responsibilities

• Own the structural design, calculations and drawings for all projects, concrete and steel
• Lead and review the work of structural engineers and drafters
• Check structural drawings against architecture and MEP before any set is issued
• Control drawing revisions through a written, approved change process
• Review contractor and supplier shop drawings, including steel connections
• Ensure compliance with SNI 1726, 1727, 2847 and 1729
• Visit sites regularly to verify works follow the approved drawings, and coordinate with the contractor

Requirements

• S1 Teknik Sipil (structural focus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design for buildings
• Previous experience leading or managing a team or consultants (exceptional candidates without formal management experience are still welcome to apply)
• Daily user of ETABS or SAP2000, plus AutoCAD; steel connection software (IDEA StatiCa, Tekla or similar) is a strong plus
• Real experience in both reinforced concrete and steel design
• SKK / SKA Ahli Struktur is a plus
• Based in Bali or ready to relocate; regular site visits required
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; functional English is a plus

Tanggung jawab

• Bertanggung jawab atas desain, perhitungan dan gambar struktur seluruh proyek, beton dan baja
• Memimpin dan memeriksa pekerjaan engineer struktur dan drafter
• Memeriksa gambar struktur terhadap gambar arsitektur dan MEP sebelum diterbitkan
• Mengontrol revisi gambar melalui proses perubahan tertulis yang disetujui
• Memeriksa shop drawing kontraktor dan pemasok, termasuk sambungan baja
• Memastikan kesesuaian dengan SNI 1726, 1727, 2847 dan 1729
• Melakukan kunjungan lapangan rutin untuk memastikan pekerjaan sesuai gambar dan berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor

Kualifikasi

• S1 Teknik Sipil (fokus struktur)
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman desain struktur bangunan
• Pengalaman memimpin atau mengelola tim atau konsultan (kandidat luar biasa tanpa pengalaman manajerial formal tetap dipersilakan melamar)
• Menggunakan ETABS atau SAP2000 serta AutoCAD sehari-hari; software sambungan baja (IDEA StatiCa, Tekla atau sejenisnya) merupakan nilai tambah
• Pengalaman nyata dalam desain beton bertulang dan baja
• SKK / SKA Ahli Struktur merupakan nilai tambah
• Berdomisili di Bali atau bersedia pindah; kunjungan lapangan rutin
• Bahasa Indonesia lancar; Bahasa Inggris fungsional merupakan nilai tambah
