From foundations and underground structures to steel systems and critical support infrastructure, successful projects depend on sound engineering, constructability, and collaboration. At  Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. • Support proposal development, scope definition, value engineering initiatives, and technical solution development during project pursuits.
  • Identify structural design risks, field conflicts, and constructability concerns while developing practical solutions to support project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with civil, geotechnical, architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Manage structural engineering activities supporting hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.
  • Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead technical reviews of foundations, concrete structures, steel systems, equipment support structures, and other structural components.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution strategies through constructability analysis and engineering expertise.
  • Monitor engineering deliverables, project progress, technical performance, and stakeholder commitments to support successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers, engineering partners, and construction teams throughout project execution.
