Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Carpenters:
    • If you have hands-on framing experience, strong technical skills, and a solid understanding of construction methods, we want to hear from you! Ideally, we are looking for individuals with more than 3 years' experience.

• What You’ll Do

  • Frame residential structures according to plans and specifications
  • Safely operate carpentry tools and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with a team to meet project timelines
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Follow all jobsite safety protocols

• What You Bring

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
  • 1-3 years New Home Framing experience
