Structural Inspector

• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor structural construction activities and report any non-conformities.
• Witness and verify material testing, including concrete cube tests, soil compaction tests, and factory inspections.
• Review and close Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and logs of contractors' structural activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in structural inspection, site supervision, or QA/QC within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete works, structural drawings, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with WIRs, NCRs, and quality inspection procedures.
