About the Role:

Hohbach-Lewin, Inc. is a leading west coast based, structural and civil engineering consulting firm with offices in Palo Alto, San Francisco, South Pasadena and Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking interns for all of our offices. We are a growing, fast-paced, energetic, friendly company that encourages professional development and promotes a positive and educational atmosphere.

About the Position

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of hand calculations and the utilization of structural analysis software
• Responding to contractor RFI’s and submittals
• General office / administrative tasks

Position Requirements

• At least junior standing in structural engineering, or civil engineering with a structural emphasis
• Completed materials design coursework (i.e., timber, concrete, steel design)
• Completed structural analysis coursework
• Skills considered a plus:
  • Knowledge of Revit / AutoCAD
  • Ability to effectively communicate
