JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

With experience in construction, store renovation, fit-out, or construction project management.

Experience in retail, food & beverage, milk tea, or similar industries is highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive both cars and motorcycles.

Willing to conduct regular site visits and travel as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage store renovation, fit-out, and construction projects from planning through completion.

Prepare project schedules and monitor project progress, quality, costs, and construction standards.

Coordinate with contractors, franchisees, designers, mall management, suppliers, and internal teams.

Handle permits, project documentation, site inspections, and store turnover or handover.

Prepare regular project status reports and conduct site visits to ensure timely and quality project completion.
