About the company:

We’re partnered with a highly respected structural engineering firm in the North Bethesda area looking to add an early-career Structural Engineer to its growing team.

This is a hybrid opportunity offering hands-on building design experience, strong technical mentorship, and a clear path toward greater project responsibility and PE licensure.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing structural analysis and calculations
• Supporting design of steel, concrete, masonry, and cold-formed steel structures
• Preparing structural drawings, details, and construction documents
• Working with Revit and BIM throughout project delivery
• Coordinating with engineers, architects, and other design professionals
• Reviewing RFIs and construction submittals
• Supporting projects from design through construction

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years of structural engineering experience
• EIT certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Building design experience preferred
• Knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, seismic, and wind design
• Experience with Revit and structural analysis software
• Familiarity with RISA, RAM, ETABS, SAP, or similar programs
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
