Senior Structural Revit Technicians - Building Structures

London / Hybrid | £50k–£60k + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is an established structural engineering consultancy based in London, working on a varied portfolio of building projects across multiple sectors.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join their team, taking responsibility for structural model and drawing production alongside BIM coordination, project delivery and supporting junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of Revit models and structural drawings.
• Work with engineers, architects and other consultants to develop structural details.
• Manage BIM coordination, including clash detection and resolving model issues.
• Prepare BIM Execution Plans and project documentation in line with ISO 19650.
• Support project teams with BIM requirements and Common Data Environment management.
• Liaise with clients and project teams on BIM matters.
• Support and supervise junior technicians.
• Attend design team meetings and site visits as required.

About You

• Strong Revit skills and experience across new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination and ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience with Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to support and supervise junior colleagues.
• A relevant technical qualification would be advantageous.
