Structural Steel Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator with expertise in rafter and column fabrication for structural steel projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Read and interpret structural steel fabrication and shop drawings.

Fabricate rafters, columns, beams, trusses, and structural frames according to approved drawings.

Measure, mark, cut, fit, and assemble steel sections with precision.

Prepare and fit built-up sections for rafter and column fabrication.

Perform drilling, grinding, beveling, and edge preparation as required.

Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and quality of fabricated components.

Operate fabrication equipment, including band saws, drilling machines, grinders, and cutting machines.

Coordinate with welders to ensure accurate fit-up before welding.

Inspect fabricated components to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in structural steel fabrication.

Proven experience in fabricating rafters, columns, beams, and heavy structural steel members.

Ability to read and understand fabrication/shop drawings independently.

Knowledge of structural steel fabrication tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment.

Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
