What will I do?

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals, following exact specifications.
• Use blueprints, drawings, and work orders to guide fabrication and assembly.
• Build, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
• Verify weld quality and dimensional accuracy; correct issues as needed.
• Operate welders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment with safety and efficiency.
• Keep your workspace organized and compliant with safety procedures.
• Work closely with teammates and supervisors to hit production goals on time.

What experience do I need?

• Previous MIG welding experience is required.
• At least two years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing quality work.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Capability to lift, carry, and handle metal materials in a production environment.
• Problem-solving mindset; comfortable working independently or collaboratively.

What does a typical day look like?

You’ll review the day’s work orders, set up your MIG parameters for steel, prepare materials, and move through fit-up, tacking, and welding. You’ll check welds against specifications, document outcomes, and coordinate with the team to keep parts flowing to the next operation—always with safety top of mind.

When will I work?

Openings available on 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.
