Structural Steel Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures.
• Prepare fabrication and erection drawings.
• Create detailed drawings for platforms, ladders, stairways, and miscellaneous steel components.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Perform modeling based on structural and design drawings.
• Utilize point cloud data for modeling (advantage but not required).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant structural steel detailing/modeling experience.
• Proficient in Tekla Structures.
• Experience with commercial and industrial projects.
• Familiarity with AISC, NISD, and OSHA standards is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Structural Steel Checker

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify structural steel models, shop drawings, and erection drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate and resolve detailing issues and RFIs.
• Review connections and identify potential fabrication or erection concerns.
• Support project teams in maintaining quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of structural steel detailing/checking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.
• Experience in commercial and industrial projects.
• Familiarity with AISC, NISD, and OSHA standards is an advantage.
• Understanding of connection design concepts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel detailing and 3D modeling.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
