About the role
This is an experienced Strcutural Technician role focused on commerical and multi-storey concrete structures.

You’ll be heavily involved in detailed documentation across projects, including senior living developments, four- to five-storey buildings, industrial warehouses, and large-scale retail projects. It’s a hands-on position where your experience in complex builds will be trusted and relied on.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed structural drawings and reporting for large-scale new build projects
• Work closely with engineers and project teams
• Ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated, and buildable
• Support delivery across design and documentation phases
• Provide guidance to junior technicians where needed

What you will need

• 4+ years’ experience as a Structural Technician in NZ
• Strong background in multi-storey and commerical concrete buildings
• Proficiency in Revit and structural detailing
• Solid understanding of NZ codes and construction methods
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
