Responsibilities

• Perform structural welding using dual shield flux core process across various positions (2G, 3G, 4G).
• Work on stainless steel structural components, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ASME Section 9 welding codes.
• Participate in large and small scale projects, contributing to timely and quality completions.
• Assist in structural fitting tasks as part of professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive cultural fit; professionalism is essential.
• Prioritize submitting complete and accurate resumes for review before proceeding to next steps.
• Potential to take on leadership roles; previous lead welding experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience with flux core welding in a structural environment, particularly in stainless steel.
• Ability to weld in multiple positions (2G, 3G, 4G) in accordance with ASME Section 9 standards.
• Prior leadership experience or interest in advancing into leadership roles is desirable.
