Structured Finance Associate

We've partnered with a structured finance advisory firm in London. They've seen impressive growth over the last few years and are looking for an Associate to join their team. They partner with some of the market's leading investors, providing ongoing asset management of client portfolios, and capital markets advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• manage and report on debt portfolios for various buy-side clients
• participate in the complete deal cycle, analysing data and presenting findings
• Reviewing and interpreting transaction documentation
• analyse a wide range of illiquid investments for mandates across ABS, RMBS, CMBS

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in structured finance (securitisation/asset backed)
• experience using financial models - building models would be a plus
• experience with transaction documents
• great communication and a hands-on approach to workloads
• full working rights in the UK
