This is Structured Finance Associate opportunity to join the New York Structured Finance group of a top global law firm. The group's securitization and structured products practice is highly ranked, and it advises banks, asset managers, private credit funds and specialty finance companies on some of the most innovative financings in the market.

The practice sits where structured finance meets the boom in private credit, so you'd see both established asset classes and new ones.

You'll work on:

• ABS and other securitizations across consumer, commercial, esoteric and digital assets
• Warehouse and asset-based financing facilities
• Forward flow and receivables purchase programs
• CLOs, fund finance and other private credit structures
• True sale and non-consolidation analysis

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of structured finance or securitization experience at a leading law/ legal firm
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• New York bar admission, or eligibility to waive in
• Commercial judgment and the ability to manage several deals at once

Compensation: $260,000-$365,000 base, depending on class year, in line with the Cravath scale, plus a year-end bonus.
