What the job involves

• Join Deutsche Bank’s Structured Finance Sales team in Paris for a six-month internship beginning in January 2027
• You will support the Paris-based FIC Financing Sales team with its day-to-day activities and contribute to the broader Paris Global Markets division
• Support the origination and management of direct lending deal flow across a range of asset classes
• Prepare internal screening memoranda using information memoranda and due diligence reports
• Monitor corporate finance markets and share relevant developments with the team
• Support the negotiation of non-disclosure agreements and reliance letters with clients and the internal Legal team
• Maintain and improve existing tools and spreadsheets to increase transaction execution efficiency for the Sales team
