Structured Finance/Securitisation Director

A leading international financial institution is seeking a senior lawyer to join its EMEA legal team at Director level, supporting the organisation through its next phase of growth and strategic development.

The role sits at the heart of the structured finance business and will involve working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation on a range of complex and often bespoke financing transactions.

Likely areas of experience include:

• Securitisation
• Fund Finance
• Structured Lending
• Insured Financing
• Cross-Border Transactions

This would suit a lawyer with 10+ years' PQE gained in private practice, an international financial institution, or a combination of both, who enjoys partnering closely with the business and advising on sophisticated financing structures.
