Structured Products & Equities Product Manager (PWM)

The candidate is expected to work independently within Private Wealth Management, Product Department; and shall collaborate with Middle Office in Hong Kong Branch, IT colleagues in HQ. The candidate is expected to grow the overall equities and structured products portfolio in order to achieve business targets

Responsibilities

- To closely monitor macro environment, market trend, generate product ideas and turn into business opportunities

- To deal and execute Structured Products (multi-asset classes) internally with Global Market and externally with multiple counter-parties

- To build up end to end product flow in major investment products

- To collaborate with product technology and platform teams to automate process, which includes project management, user acceptance testing and ongoing enhancement

- To jointly work with credit and treasury teams to support credit business e.g. equities pledged, IPO financing

- To propose, implement, drive and keep track of product campaigns via digital platform

- To enhance customer experience and efficiency via APP

- To comply with internal and external regulatory requirements e.g. Code of Banking Practice; and update policies and procedures accordingly

- To perform any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

- Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting discipline

- Minimum 5 years solid experience, preferably within banking industries

- Familiar with investment products, such as funds, bonds, stock, structured notes

- Familiar with online marketing, interactive and social media exposure

- Capable to work independently and lead cross-department working teams

- Preferably with digital project management

- Number sensitive with good analytical skills

- Innovative and creative

- Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills

- Fluent Putonghua and able to write in Chinese
