Now Careers QLD is partnering with a leading builder-developer to secure a Structures Foreman for a landmark high-rise project in Brisbane.
This is a key role taking ownership of the full structural package, with a strong focus on jump form, core, and floor cycle delivery.

The Role
You’ll lead the structural phase end-to-end, working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to drive program, safety, and quality.

• Manage jump form and screen systems
• Drive core and floor cycle sequencing
• Coordinate formwork, reo, and concrete trades
• Run daily site operations, toolbox talks, and QA
• Maintain program momentum and site standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on high-rise builds
• Strong background in jump form and structural sequencing
• Confident leading trades and driving program
• High standards across safety, quality, and delivery
• QBCC Open licence (or ability to obtain)
