Structures Foreman - Tier-1 Builder Developer

The Company:
Self-delivering all of their own developments, this group has established themselves as one of Australia's premier fully-integrated builder developers. With over 40 years industry experience, they have completed in excess of $5bil of their own developments nationally.

Their diversified development portfolio includes luxury apartments & hotel towers, build to rent & student accommodation, large-format retail centres, commercial office towers, and mixed-use precincts. 

The Role:
With construction commencing on stage 1 of a landmark high-rise tower precinct in Brisbane later this year, their current pipeline of guaranteed work extends beyond 2030 - $500mil work in hand for 2026 alone. 

As a result, they are looking for an experienced Structures Foreman & Site Supervisorto join their SEQ Delivery Team.

Please note that these will be both be permanent ongoing positions with the opportunity to deliver following stages and progress with the business long-term. The QLD Senior Leadership Team will also provide defined professional development pathways in line with career progression preferences. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the ongoing coordination of on-site works, quality control, scheduling of trades, and overall on-site delivery processes, ensuring programme targets and key milestones are met.
• Manage coordination and procurement of additional works, variations, and design changes, coordinating directly with site team, subcontractors, and consultants - developing/reviewing scopes of works and negotiating with subcontractors when required
• Liaise with internal Project Team and on-site Team (PM & SM), as well as external project stakeholders, ensuring all actionable items are communicated and carried out effectively.
• Ensure all additional works, variations, and design changes are  understood and communicated for completion by trades and subcontractors.
