STS HC Supervisor

About the role

Manage and oversee the implementation of Human Capital functions in the STS operational area, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee administration, payroll administration, roster management, industrial relations, and competency development to ensure the availability and readiness of workforce according to operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workforce needs, recruitment process, selection, onboarding, and employee placement according to manpower plan and STS operational needs
• Oversee personnel administration, employment contracts, employee data, attendance, overtime, leave, roster, and data completeness for payroll and benefit processes
• Ensure work schedules, crew or employee rotation, attendance, and manpower availability at site run according to operational needs and company regulations
• Handle industrial relations, discipline, employee complaints, internal communication, and support resolution of employment issues
• Coordinate performance assessment, training needs analysis, training, certification, and fulfillment of employee competency according to position requirements
• Ensure implementation of HC policies and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations, and prepare reports on manpower, turnover, absence, overtime, and HC KPI

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Capital/HR field, preferably in mining, shipping, port, or STS industry
• Understanding of Indonesian employment administration, payroll, BPJS, industrial relations, and roster management
• Able to operate HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and HR administration systems
• Willing to be placed at Kalimantan Selatan site with roster work system
