Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and support students throughout the course
• Handle student queries via calls, chats, and emails
• Explain course details, fees, and enrollment process
• Follow up with leads and convert into admissions
• Maintain student records and updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 6 months experience in counseling/sales
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
