Student Advisor (Rajdamri)

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide course information to prospect students and advise on the appropriate length of study that matches with the students’ language achievement goals
• Process new enrolments and course registrations
• Ensure that students enjoy the best language learning experience by providing support in all areas, including assisting students with timetables and scheduling, school adjustment, attendance problems and study skills
• Communicate regularly to students about new courses, promotions, registration deadlines, etc.
• Work closely with Language Center Manager on all operational issues and concerns
• Compile and submit weekly report to manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Customer service and sales skills
• A team player with good interpersonal skills, and enjoys coordinating with people
• Good command of English and computer literate in MS Office

Condition of work:

• 5 days work week (day -off: Wed - Thu)
