Student Affair Intern學生事務實習生

Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond to student and parent inquiries via social apps (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat Work) and over the phone.
2. Assist other teachers with student enrollment, class rescheduling, and other related matters.
3. Work with the customer management system to collect and organize data.
4. Provide administrative and clerical support to the campus.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled student — no specific major required.
2. Enjoy communicating with others; proactive, responsible, and self-motivated.
3. Familiar with basic office computer software.
4. Fluent Cantonese, with conversational English and Mandarin.
5. Available to work 3-4 days per week, primarily on Fridays and weekends.

Causeway Bay / Tin Hau / Lai Chi Kok

【工作職責】

1. 通過社交軟件（如：WhatsApp、企業微信等）和接聽電話，解答學生和家長咨詢；
2. 協助其他老師處理學生報名、調課等事宜； 
3. 熟悉客戶管理系統，進行數據收集和整理；
4. 協助校區的行政文書工作； 
5. 其他上司安排的工作。

【任職要求】

1. 在讀學生，專業不限； 
2. 樂於與人溝通，有責任心、主動積極； 
3. 熟悉辦公室電腦軟件應用； 
4. 良好粵語及一般英語、普通話；
5. 每周出勤3-4天，以週五、週六、週日為主。
