Do you want to gain in-depth knowledge of the operational framework within a large People & Organisation department? Can you ensure smooth management of daily operations while paying attention to detail? And are you curious about the daily challenges within labour relations? Then, this is the ideal opportunity for you!

Student Assistant – P&O Legal

We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our P&O Legal team and support both COWI and Arkitema with their labour relations and employment-related matters. You will become part of a diverse team of five legal professionals, two People Operations Specialists, and the Head of P&O Legal, based at our COWI office in Lyngby. Together, we support both an innovative architectural firm and an international engineering consultancy operating across multiple countries, allowing you to gain insight into a broad range of employment and labour-related topics in an international environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting tasks related to labour relations.
  • Assisting with contractual matters, including employment contracts and addendums
  • Maintaining and administering employee files and benefits
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing support on P&O-related matters

Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways, but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.

On top of that, you will be:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or Organisation and Management
  • Detail-oriented with a clear and reasoned viewpoint
  • Motivated and diligent in completing tasks with organized planning
  • Available to work two days per week
  • Proficient in Danish, both verbal and written.
