STUDENT CARE CENTRE PROGRAM STAFF

Job Scope: Program Staff

Supervise and ensure the safety of students with special needs.

Assist students with daily living skills, meals and personal care.

Conduct learning activities, arts and crafts, and life skills programs.

Support students' behavioral and emotional needs.

Prepare activity materials and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Assist with daily administrative duties and communicate with parents when required.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth centre operations.

Requirements

Patient, caring and responsible.

Reliable, punctual and committed to work.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to learn and work with individuals with special needs.

Experience in special needs care or student care is an advantage but not required.
